A political-cultural act to commemorate the birth of the Historical Leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, was held at the Municipal Directorate of the Association of Combatants of the Cuban Revolution (ACRC) in San Antonio de los Baños.
According to the vice president of the Association in Ariguanabo, Luis Miguel Concepción Ramirez, the activity was named ``Fidel, Angola, Operation Carlota and San Antonio de los Baños'', in honor of the 93rd anniversary of the birth of the Commander in Chief, Fidel Castro , and to the 45th anniversary of the Cuban military mission ''Operation Carlota''.
During the ceremony, the Ariguanabo fighters and pilots who participated in the ''Operation Carlota'' were honored, as well as a group of internationalist women, added Concepción Ramirez.
