As part of the summer celebrations, Los Cuenteros theater company has performed several puppet plays for children and their families in the municipalities of San Antonio de los Baños, Caimito and Bahía Honda, in the province of Artemisa.
Through the magic of puppet theater and music, the company presented the plays: La Mano negra, Comino y Pimienta, El Pez de Plata and El Conejito Blas, among others.
According to Malawi Capote González, director of the group, Los Cuenteros will perform on August 8 in the municipality of Alquízar, on August 11 and 18 in the Theater Hall of the Casa de Cultura Raymundo Valenzuela in San Antonio de los Baños and Mariel, Artemisa, on August 24.
