September almost ends. There are those who decorate their neighborhoods, while others prepare the surprises that will return to the family one of the most popular, traditional and massive celebrations in the country. Millions of Cuban citizens are part of the organization of great challenges that, facing the future, follow the goal of winning or dying.
The CDRs are the reflection of the revolutionary work -planned and achieved- by Fidel and that group of men that emerged precisely from the neighborhoods to transform the Cuban reality and bet on human happiness.
With the active role of the CDR members, from the neighborhoods they face the plans of those who want to turn back the conquests of the Island, as well as their own values such as enthusiasm, initiative, altruism, humanism and combativity.
Each zone, district, neighborhood and family has a responsibility: strive for the benefit of the community. From that purpose, goals grow and intentions abound to promote the benefits of our neighbors and the people.
We are in CDR Congress. Ideas are rising with only one intention: to be more revolutionary; besides being the architects of tomorrow, just using the slogan ''The committee is at the forefront''.
Fidel said it: "As long as man has the desire for progress and improvement, the CDR will have a task!" - Now, it is appropriate to act.
