One of the most important tasks in the Constitutional Reform process is the popular consultation in the communities, neighborhoods, schools and units of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) and the Revolutionary Armed Forces (FAR).
The current Constitution responds to historical moments that have changed over time and now, issues that must be incorporated are evaluated, so the opinion of the people is indispensable, before being accepted by the National Assembly. Hence the importance of attending popular consultations to express our concerns and ideas in defense of our rights and duties.
Until November, our country will be in a historical process for the improvement of socialism, which as one of its articles points out, it is irrevocable.
