These words summarize the ability of women to carry out their role in society, without abandoning their mission as mother. Cuban women have managed to occupy a prominent place in almost all spheres of society. There are no obstacles for her; she currently works in the construction or as a leader of a group made up of men.
Her strength stands out in all spheres of life and thanks to it the Revolution has remained, because it does not hesitate to offer its collaboration as a professional in other countries of the world. The Cuban women are grouped in the FMC, an organization that represents their interests, and supports them so that their integration into society is complete. Women have the same rights of men, and this equality contributes to the advancement of Cuban society since the triumph of 1959.
