As part of the Tenth Congress Process of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC), in San Antonio de los Baños the organization continues with the analysis of the base document in the delegations.
In the assemblies held in the territory, the participants analyzed the work of the delegations, the functioning and protagonism of the grassroots leaders, as well as the need to involve the young generations in the activities of the organization. The FMC is focused on completing the leadership in the delegations, on working with young people and on stimulating outstanding women in the communities; besides strengthening the work with families. San Antonio de los Baños was highlighted at the provincial ceremony held on March 8, for its stable work in various functions, including the work of the House of Orientation to Women and the Family.
The objective of the FMC in the territory is that women feel really represented and that their work objectives are fulfilled, is the call of the organization, whose role is not to fulfill tasks but to act in correspondence with the needs of the women in each community.
