It was in Miami, Florida, where the current White House magnate explained his position regarding bilateral relations between the United States and Cuba. "We will strongly restrict the US dollars that go to the military and to the intelligence services." Apparently, it is not enough for him to continue imposing measures that affect the Cuban people, now he wants and intends to intensify the blockade, a policy that lacks legality and legitimacy. According to political and economic analysts, the attitude of President Donald Trump not only harms Cuba but also the North American country, where millions of voters feel regretful and distressed because of the most absurd election in history.
Several occasions have served as a stage to unmask the blockade and the damages associated with its implementation. A few months ago, in the General Assembly of the United Nations, 191 out of 193 countries condemned the US blockade against Cuba; but there is no doubt about his true interests and the issues that make up his agenda, such as restrictions for Americans interested in doing business with our companies or traveling to the island. They also prohibit making transactions with more than 180 Cuban entities. All nonacademic educational trips must be conducted under the auspices of an organization that is subject to their jurisdiction.
Do not be surprised ... it's about Mr. Donald Trump and a whole clique that the greater the number of campaigns, the better they will feel. The truth is that occupying their time in creating memoranda, decrees and the so-called "changes in politics" do not perceive that Cuba each year increases international relations with other countries and solidarity expresses the true cause of the people. It is true that the blockade affects the Cuban publo, but this time will not be different, much less with a Donald Trump who must first behave and then respect.
