The Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) in San Antonio de los Baños recognized the municipal radio station Radio Ariguanabo in the Municipal Act for the 57th anniversary of the creation of the CDRs. The recognition was granted due to the community work carried out daily by the radio station in order to inform and guide the people.
Isaac Leyva Marrero, municipal coordinator of the CDRs in the territory, said that Radio Ariguanabo plays a fundamental role in the tasks of the organization. The information and guidance programs are aimed at the audience of all ages residing in the neighborhood; this strengthens the work of the CDRs, the official explained.
In the act, held at the CDR 2, Zona 56, the night program "Super Disco Musical" was transmitted from this place. There, the realization team exchanged with the authorities, neighbors and people present in the activity, to celebrate the 57th anniversary of the creation of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR), with the tasks fulfilled and ready for the Ninth CDR Congress, in 2018.
