The plantation of fruit trees in San Antonio de los Baños maintains its sustainability. The State Agricultural Markets offer a wide variety: cherimoya, guanabana, anon, mango, papaya and banana. So far, more than 22 hectares have been planted with fruit species. This activity favors not only human food, but also the protection of the soil and air purification; elements necessary, before the planet's environmental instability.
