To remain happy... the party was made. Music, dancing, riddles, participation games, singing and painting competitions were the activities prepared at the Urban West People's Council of San Antonio de los Baños for the summer. To remain happy, the Territory Culture and Sports Directorates came to the neighborhood and made the party. Balls, ribbons, storybooks and an immense love spread among those who know how to love.
All, without distinction of race, sex or economic position, sang to life. There was present Sidaisy de la Caridad Silverio Hernández, president of the Popular Council. Her pupils glowed with the children's enjoyment. Meanwhile, she prepared the goodiesto to give to the "dwarven princes" as gifts.
How beautiful! Said a lady while watching the children's games, and an old man said: "That is only done in Cuba." I listened to both criteria and my reflection did not wait. True, our educational programs on culture and sports are designed for the enjoyment of the people. All the neighborhoods, districts or Popular Councils of the country are immersed in these activities during these summer months.

With scarce resources, but with love, our children smile as they run behind a ball, jump the rope, decipher a riddle or tell a story. This is Cuba and its summer. As the musical theme says: "Revolution is more than I have, more than today could be dreamed ..." Between dreams and initiatives, Cuban streets share the joy, immersed in the reality of our social system and these phrases: "Being educated is the only way to be free" because "Sport is a right of the people."
