The Municipal Electoral Commission will be constituted in San Antonio de los Baños

On June 14, the Council of State called all Cubans to general elections. For October 22 is scheduled the first round of partial processes to select the delegates to the Municipal Assemblies of People's Power. Subsequently, provincial delegates and deputies to the Cuban Parliament should be selected.

Photo: Internet The Municipal Electoral Commission will be constituted in San Antonio de los Baños, on June 20, at nine o'clock in the morning at the "José Rafael Lauzán" History Museum. The local government, represented by the Assembly of People's Power and the Council of Municipal Administration, as well as members of the Communist Party of Cuba (CCP) and political and mass organizations will be present at the ceremony.

During the ceremony will be officially accredited the 17 members of the Electoral Commission in Ariguanabo: President Lourdes Arcacha, Vice President Yusmara Hernández García, Secretary Marta García Cruz and the 14 members who will work directly in the 54 constituencies, during the elections.
Once established, the commission will implement the work and dissemination plans with the aim of preparing the territory for the elections. Radio Ariguanabo will disclose the details of this process, during the different stages established at national level
