In Ariguanabo stands out a family-community project: "Barro sin Berro". A singular name, which according to Maday Acosta, one of its representatives, refers to the material with which they work, in this case white clay.
This family project, under the guidance of the ceramist and comedian Jorge Armando Acosta, focuses its work towards the community, linking directly with the child care center "La Flor de la Amistad" and Alejandro González Brito primary school. The creation of collective murals with the participation of children ensure the continuity of this art.
In addition to its notable attendance at different International Biennials of Graphic Humor and the Traditions Event, sponsored by the House of Culture, successful donations are made to different government entities and to Radio Ariguanabo. In the future they plan to carry out activities in the Grandparents House of the locality.

The production of varied and utilitarian articles are widely accepted by the public: different models of cups and jugs, frogs and the famous ''jirigallos''. Barro sin Berro already transcends the borders of San Antonio. Important trade fairs in Havana host its productions: Arte para Mamá, Arte en la Rampa, Feria Internacional (FIART).
The work of this family has been recognized at different events, but the biggest prize is obtained with their daily work and new ideas that make "Barro sin Berro" a project for the future.
