The ANSOC in Artemisa summons to its V Congress

Photo internet.Photo internet. In order to maintain the historic legacy of the undefeated Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz,  the Provincial Branch Office of Cuba's Association of Deaf (ANSOC) in Artemisa calls the entire membership for its 5th Congress.

The Association in San Antonio de los Baños is inserted in the process of election of its candidates to the Congress. Those elected will represent the interests of their colleagues with the truth. With the motto "Sign language, culture and identity: a symbol of inclusion," future delegates will discuss issues related to the official recognition of the Cuban Sign Language as its natural language, to the raising of the associates' school level  and to the need of the social work to meet their needs.

Likewise, in the corresponding sessions will also be discussed topics on the visibility and timeliness of the contents of the United Nations Convention, on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, strengthening of structures, preparation of leaders and the need to reinforce actions for a  more efficient internal control.
