Photo internet.Photo internet.From the updating of the cuban economic model, the increase of responsibility and powers in the entities makes it imperative to demand absolute compliance with the current legislation and the ethical behavior of leaders and workers, thus strengthening the internal control system.

The Administration Council in Ariguanabo annually controls the compliance of the organizational policies in each of the entities of the territory through a plan designed to carry out audits that control the activities. The state controllers intervene in the economic areas and in the fulfillment of resolutions that have within their specific functions: to evaluate, regulate and supervise the systems of internal control, in addition to formulate the recommendations for their improvement.

The Internal Control Department is governed by the general self-control guide, Resolution 60/11, Rules of the Internal Control System of the General Comptroller of the Republic of Cuba. In 2016, the enterprises Agropecuaria,Tabaco Torcido and the Business Base Unit Confecciones Ariguanabo stood out in the implementation and compliance of the Internal Control System, as stated by Edelmo Figueredo Pérez, first vice-president of the Council of the Municipal Administration.

Leaders and workers must implement their Internal Control System harmonized by components and standards to better perform their objectives and work plans, which will always yield good results in the order, control and demand.
