The Enterprise Base Unit (UEB) of Construction Maintenance of San Antonio de los Baños includes the rehabilitation and culmination of housing to give priority to the cases analyzed by the Council of the Municipal Administration.
Taking into account the constructive state of the housing level in Ariguanabo, constructive actions were taken to conserve buildings: reinforcement of structures, impermeability, rehabilitation and completion of houses, specified Laureano Veranes, head of production of the UEB of Construction Maintenance.
He indicates that the partial rehabilitation of buildings was affected by lack of equipment to work at heights. In the rehabilitation of housing there are 2 pending cases, subject to the analysis of the Council of the Municipal Administration in order to rectify the investment and financing. Laureano Veranes states that instability in the entrance of aggregates limits the rhythm of the constructive actions, nevertheless, they use the alternative of the productive module of the Ariguanabo’s UEB of Constructive Maintenance.
