Cuban pioneers
San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba.- During the present school year, Ariguanabo’s pioneers of different educational centers carry out the movement "Recuperadores del Futuro" within the objectives of the organization.
In each student center, the base guide promotes the collection of raw materials within the comprehensive education of children. ‘’Julio Antonio Mella’’ Primary School calls students to participate in the contest ‘’Recycling Raw Material". Pioneers from the first to fifth grade (drawing); José Martí pioneers: (story, narration and poetry), precises Yunielaynes Hernández del Río, pioneer base guide.
She adds that they will select the best works to make up the exhibition and reward the best ones according to aesthetic, formal and conceptual values. They join students to encourage energy saving culture, rational use of water, care of the environment, as well as recycling paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminum and glass. She points out that the pioneer circles of interest and the community work together.
