No embargoSince December 17th, 2014, when Cuba and the United States announced the decision to restore diplomatic relations in favor of both nations. Time has passed and history has shown that peace and respect under the principles of international law is the best way to carry out this link between the two countries. One of the most important steps for Cuba and many parts of the world is the cessation of the embargo.
We know that differences of conceptions on political models, democracy and the exercise of human rights will persist, because Cuba will not deny its principles. We will remain as a sovereign country, proud of its conquests: guarantees of Health and Education and values education, among othes. However, for these and other sectors it is necessary to end the embargo, which persists to date.
There have been many years of restrictions, isolation and measures against the economic development of this country struggling to make progress in all aspects and give its people the benefits they have earned. Meanwhile, the expectation grows. Not stop fighting in this regard, to acknowledge the support of many countries saying "yes" each year to eliminate the embargo and be patient are the keys to bring to light the positive consequences that removing all these restrictions may bring.
