San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa. "The voice from where there is a river" celebrates another birthday in the service of the people and near the people. With an audiovisual that showed 45 years on the air of Radio Ariguanabo initiated the Cultural Gala held at the Cinema Theatre "Circle of Craftsmen" of San Antonio de los Baños, regarding this anniversary.
Music, poetry, dance groups and the station's habitual announcers who were guiding made up the show conceived by the passionate collective of the Radio. The lyrical song project "La Dulce Chimera" directed by the professor Rodolfo Chacón showed ariguanabenses that music is the best way to celebrate these 45 years. La Zarzuela "Cecilia Valdés", Mexican music, songs written by the greatest of the cuban musical history as Ernesto Lecuona, Luis Casas Romero and Eliseo Grenet, were the enjoyment of workers, family, listeners and entities’ representatives.
Of course, everyone knew how days go by in the cabins, in the informative office, behind the microphones or a console from where magic is transmitted through sound waves. Economic, announcers, scriptwriters, directors and producers of sound programs exchanged with the public, closely, in confidence, as they are accustomed.
Members of the PCC and the Provincial Delegation of the ICRT gave awards to workers with 20 or more years of work in the media and those who earned the seal of the Cuban Radio. In addition, the 105.3 and 107.5 of the Modulated Frequency was awarded by the Provincial Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), the Department of the Cuban Radio, the delegation of the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television (ICRT) of Artemisa, the Union of Journalists of Cuba (UPEC) and the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) of San Antonio de los Baños.
