Beyond the difficulties, delays in the procedures, studies of pending cases, I think that granting a subsidy is a benefit for cuban families. Obviously, there are requirements to recieve this help, so many cases have been denied since the beginning of the process in 2012.

From January to date, 328 applications were submitted, of which 284 were approved and 15 are pending. Of all the financing provided by the provincial level, more than 26 million have been used and only about 2 million are left to be used, so we may say that this process is making progress.
We know that there are still many needy people, who have waited several years to start the construction at the expense of an accident due to the poor conditions of their houses. But it is important to think about the effort made by the state to meet all these cases, and provide a greater assurance and quality of life.
