Family-School
Family is considered as a fundamental unit for society, what is its responsibility in the rescue and transmission of values to children, adolescents and youth ?. It plays a very important role in the formation of values; mainly parents, because they have the responsibility of setting a good example to their children.
We could judge the role played by dysfunctional families, but life shows that this is not an exact reason to take children and youth away from education. There are homes where alcoholic parents exist or where there is violence against women or children; so, what values are children or adolescents receiving in such complex stages ?. What future does their family environment provide to them?
Moreover, there are functional families that guarantee their child objects and materials, however, they are not endowed with human values. It is precisely in the family where people molds the moral structure that will rule their conduct and life. We should not dismiss the role of the school in the formation of values.
Every family has its own values that identify it. The current or future generations deserve a good example and observe values in their environment, in order to achieve an individual prepared for society.
