INSTRUCTOR
San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba.- The cultural work of art instructors promote arts education in the community and schools in the territory.
The instructor began with the promotion of arts, since its creation on February ,18th 2001. From this date, the work in schools regained prominence in the artistic manifestations, examples of this are the workshops for amateur groups in primary and secondary schools.
The interaction between students and community is another feature contributing to the projects design and socio_cultural researches. In the ariguanabense territory there are 29 art institutions in the manifestations of dance, visual arts and music, in order to participate at festivals and events.
Preparation of students takes place in the extra class time, as well as training people with skills in some manifestations to join the amateur artists movement.
