Cuban society is improving. The social economic model focuses its full potential from the formation of the capable individual with strong feelings of solidarity, respect, love of independence, sovereignty, freedom, peace, brotherhood and equity in all areas of community life.
In our country negative attitudes persist in the behavior of people in the social context and particularly we refer to social indisciplines.
We witness the lack of efficiency in every job by the violation of working hours, bad service, abuse, lawlessness, waste of resources, even with the premise that property is a common good, we reveal a lack of responsibility and commitment to society.
We are all part of the system, therefore it is essential to take care of facilities. Mark differences among human beings for the possession or control of the resources is to establish worthless discriminatory patterns that have nothing to do with the humanistic essence of Cuban society.
