San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba.-The Aluminum Productions Enterprise (ALUTEC) consists among others by the Base Enterprise Unit (BEU) West, Central and East. The BEU West lies in San Antonio de los Baños, one of the eleven municipalities of the young Artemisa province.
This unit has 4 workshops, 2 in Santiago de las Vegas, one in the community ´´Primero de Mayo´´ in Boyeros and another in the humor village. These workshops makes aluminum carpentry for the development zone of Mariel, modules of sliding simple windows, fixed doors and panels.
The entity works in social works, Revolutionary Armed Forces and the Interior Ministry. The technical aluminums workshop in Ariguanabo carries out programs that extend its products to hospitals and schools.
The technical aluminum workshop also works galvanized zinc, making the windows and doors module for the housing program of the population, a service that favors Cuban families.
