San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba.- In this municipality, it is guaranteed the vocational training system toward teaching careers and specialties, due to the importance of ensuring a greater teaching coverage in schools at different levels of education. A process of vocational training is aimed at adquiring future teachers, because of the need to keep alive the tradition of teaching.
From an early age Education Ministry motivates love for a profession so necessary and worthy, although it is strengthened in adolescence and youth. In the case of Preschool Education joint works between educators, children and families are made as well as role plays. Educational games and teaching strategies are carried out through independent activities in order to achieve a greater integration of young people into the teaching profession.
There are pedagogical interest circles in Primary Schools with pioneers of 5th and 6th grades, and in junior high schools with pioneers from 7th to 9th grades. It is more important than ever that new generations will step forward to be good men and women in the future. It is our call, from the Radio, to fill with love the Ariguanabense classrooms and blackboards.
