PROJECT
San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba.- The project ´´Unidos para Educar´´ advances at ´´Rafael Valdés Pérez ´´ School in this municipality. It is sponsored by the National Educators Association of Cuba and it aims to train emerging teachers of junior high schools to achieve creativity in the educational process through the development of teaching aids.
According to Yanet Dieguez Rodriguez, Director of the center, student motivation is observed as there is a link between various subjects and community projects. More than 20 teachers are part of the project and ´´Rafael Pérez Valdés´´ is one of the selected schools of Artemisa.
In the institution, history is linked with artistic disciplines such as choir, theater and music to develop values thanks to the preparation and creativity of the teacher.
