When efforts are used for the same cause and knowledge is used to support it, the results can be encouraging. It is what happens when science is used in favor of agriculture in our country. In the case of combat against pests and crop diseases it is necessary to join efforts and above all to ensure the survival of the plantations.
Therefore, in San Antonio de los Baños, favorable results are obtained in the use of biological control means. Farmers found a way with concrete results specifically in the tobacco and sweet potato variety INIVIT Clone 214, which is affected, as the rest, by the "Tetuan".
