Laws and legal rules were created to regulate the different actions taken in society. One of the laws in the territory and in the provinces of Havana, Artemisa and Mayabeque is related to the marketing of agricultural products. This is the decree 318, a regulation that primarily involves in this locality, the work of the Marketer of products known among the people as Collection.
