San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba - The Culture House "Raimundo Valenzuela" in 2012 consolidated the achievements of 2011 in care of the Amateur Artists Movement of the members of José Martí Brigade for the enrichment of cultural life of the town.
The art instructors work at schools of the territory in the different artistic expressions in order to keep the awards at the municipal and provincial festivals in this course.
The Movement of Amateur Artists at Le Thi Rieng school, was the most important cultural institution of the West Urban Council, highlighted by the presentation of activities within the monthly program.
Cultural activities for child especially on weekends remained as an achievement during the year. Also highlight those made to celebrate the 53rd anniversary of the Revolution Triumph (December 22nd to January 8th, 2012) and the first anniversary of Artemisa province.
Track work with the traditions in plastic arts and traditional handicrafts specifically through attention to the workshops, exhibitions of the artists and events of local character, encourages and promotes the development of these manifestations of popular culture and revive the historical memory of the population.
Literature continues to promote poetry and written the tenth through the workshops and the dissemination of its results in activities and events, especially the tenth-written in children's workshops and crochet fabric.
The art instructors maintain a leading role in the processes of creation, appreciation, and within the Movement of Amateur Artists of the territory with various options within the cultural activities of the territory.
