San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa , Cuba - The Children Music Competition "Singing of Ariguanabo" to be held on October 19th and 20th in the Artisans Circle regarding activities for the celebrations of the Cuban Culture Day.
The event has a competitive nature for songwriters and performers, the jury Mirelis Delgado Guerra, Bachelor in Musical Education: Joel Jaime Vásquez, graduate from Amadeo Roldán Conservatory and Angel Machin, Literature Specialist are responsible for the selection of prizes from quality of the compositions given the choice of theme, language processing and correspondence with Cuban rhythms. For his part in the performances evaluate the tone, timbre, and vocal qualities displacement and command of the stage.
On October 19th, nine works are presented in competition and on October 20th , in the gala will be awarded the Cuban Culture composers and performers.
The contest "Singing of Ariguanabo" encourages and promotes children's musical creation and interpretation of songs by children works in defense of issues identified with love, nature and our cultural roots .
