San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba - Since the establishment in October 2010, the self-employment goes positively in the territory, under the guidance of experts of the National Tax Administration Office (Onat).
The employment variant in the non-state sector, are about 2000 ariguanabenses, some as a result of the rearrangement process. Naybi Ramos, Onat director says contract workers, porters, casual agricultural workers, shoppers-food sailors are among the most requested procedures in the town, and give evidence of the efficiency of utility services to move products to consumers.
The results of self-employment are palpable, but insists the director can not neglect the control in each case for sustaining service culture with the premise of efficiency, good treatment and respect for the consumer, also insists that there are still isolated cases where environmental cleanliness, undiscipline that is necessary to keep the city clean.
During 2013 were trained in the territory, the training process will remain aimed at the self-employed, the meetings allow the exchange of experiences that contribute to the development of this form of employment, subject to compliance with the law as stated by the director of Onat. The lack of it does not exempt from this responsibility to the breach. All Ariguanabenses interested in exercising self-employment must be prepared and previously reported with regard to Act 73 of the Tax System.
