San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba- The Cultural House Raimundo Valenzuela is inserted into the monthly program activities to celebrate the 161st anniversary of José Martí´s birth.
Targeting to ifferent population sectors, the proposals deepen the anniversary of January 28th, the birthday of the National Hero. This pay tribute and deepen comments from fragments of literary production and Marti thoughts addressing diverse topics covered in his vast literary output and his contemporaneity.
The significance of the life and work of the Apostle, will benchmark and inspiration for artistic statements, projecting the opening of the Collective Expo "Martí and the children", scheduled for Tuesday 21st and for January 27th the Exhibition-Contest Where the palm grows, both at the Culture House.
Till the neighborhoods come to the work of the Golden Age author, children will enjoy the activities with "The Little Princes" in the popular West Urban Council and a "Grow white rose" in the East Rural People's Council.
In the Peasent Rock, poets and musicians improvise verses inspired on José Martí´s birth.
