San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba-The Revolution Committees Defense developed in the territory since December 15th to January 15th, 2012; two processes: the health audience and the analysis of bulletin 30th on the work contents of this mass organization.
Marjoris Viñals, Coordinator of the organization in our town, said the audience health is developed through discussions in the CDR districts that provide public health specialists on the prevention of dengue, a disease transmitted by the mosquito Aedes aegypti.
Secretariat members discussed topics such as popular revolutionary vigilance, which must conform to the characteristics of each area and this is one of the main issues of the newsletter of the organization.
Marjoris added that the CDR works to give September 28th Award, the Medal for the Defence and Neighbourhood Unit and Flag September 28th, which along with the Neighborhood Award, will be given to the best institutions, regions, CDR and members of the organization.
Also said that during the year will soon be made several mini-festival of raw material collection where the 5th most popular councils of the territory be attended.
The organization, as expressed by the coordinator, during this new period of work will deep in the voluntary blood donations and organic functioning of the CDR.
