San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba-The Association of Educators in the territory invites members and non members to participate in the ongoing post-event University 2012 to be held on March 1st at 1:30 pm in the Circle of Artisans and will be input by the speaker Dr. Raúl Rodríguez Calzado.
The course is developed as an alternative post-event extension to continue University 2012, reports the experiences and facilitates the exchange in the municipalities among professionals attending in order to bring reading and its potential within the educational process.
Dr. Raul Rodriguez Calzado will give a lecture on Theoretical models, about the biopsychological basis of reading. Educational implications.
Marlen Amador Borrego, library consultant and scientific activities in the Municipal Department said that will be in the center of the event, as a requirement of the present time, the usefulness of reading, the act of reading promotion in the curriculum and as a bridge to consciousness.
The open call for members and non members is an act of overcoming, shows the character of the education system in Cuba.
The Association of Educators in the country cosponsors the event and extended to the municipalities, they have to pay the next installment in national currency to participate:
