Artemisa, Cuba- The Writers and Artists Union of Cuba (UNEAC) in the province, calls its creators to compete for the prize "Ruben Martinez Villena", as part of activities marking the birth anniversary of the revolutionary alquizareño.
They can participate in stories for adults, children and youth, presenting new works, under a pseudonym, in original and two copies, duly numbered, typed double-spaced, on a minimum of 40 pages and a maximum of 60.
Before October 18th, the candidates to the literary prize should send jobs to the provincial headquarters of UNEAC in Artemisa, located at Niceto Pérez Square in Guira de Melena.
The awards will be announced during a gala to be held on December 20th as part of the tribute of the Artemisa writers to Rubén Martínez Villena on his birthday.
