When did you start this needed task?

Six years ago, I'm 30 and the first time I did it was right here in my workplace, I have always been healthy and my blood is good. When my boss asked me if I was ready, I told him when I lived in another province I did it once for my CDR, then I move over here and start working, so from my work center I´ll do it as many necessary times.

How important is for you to donate blood?

I feel good and gives me pride to know that my attitude, helping people to improve their health, contributed to their quality of life. Today could be anyone, tomorrow can be me or a relative.

Did you see many young people exercise this solidarity gesture?

Yes of course, but I think you should continue with the call, it is never enough and there are young people who are able to do so, but perhaps out of laziness or lack of awareness do not take into account.

What would you say to a person having your blood by a transfusion?

I´ll give him a hug and say, brother, I'm here.
