San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba - In coordination with the Museum of Humor, the Culture House awarded to students winners of the Municipal Contest Children and Nature.
Within the program of activities planned for the month both institutions joined efforts with the aim of promoting responsible behavior for the care and conservation of the environment called the contest: Children and nature, referring to June 5th, the Environment Day.
The manifestations of literature and art were the source to the expression of ideas and impressions of children about the actions of humans against natural resources and the call to put a stop to the planet remains the mainstay of the humanity.
The winners were students from primary education, all fifth grade in the poetry genre:

In secondary education in poetry awarded to Emily Garriga Oropesa and in narrative Yennifer Hernández Aleaga from José Antonio Echeverría school.
Participants took as a reference the flora and fauna as symbols of nature, singing to the preservation and care of the environment, highlith the urgent call of the new generations.
