Yoga and its benefits

Those who practice yoga really consider it a philosophy, a science and an art of life. The truth is that can also serve as therapy to beautify the body and has the force, energy and firmness.

Yoga is an ideal discipline for eldely, because through it part of the loss elasticity in muscles and joints is recovered, plus you can take advantage of the moments of leisure to reflect intimately shares and others.

Regular practice of pranayama or breathing exercises, including within the discipline known as Hatha yoga, allows us to improve breathing capacity and is particularly good for asthmatics.

But also breathe properly produces a state of relaxation that helps us deal with stressful situations to which we are constantly subjected. So we can accompany this ancient practice in any stage of life.

Some Buddhist quote says that breath is the bridge between body and mind. Even at a distance is not difficult to recognize that inhale and exhale properly is the first step in awareness and relying on the above, it is clear that if we breathe well, live well and healthier.
