San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba - On the 50th anniversary of the Cuban Association the philatelic Circle was created in the library Juio Rosa. Dr. Enrique Domínguez, specialist in Cardiology and Masters in Intensive Care is the president of the Philatelic Circle. Dr. Jose Raul Lorenzo, President of the Cuban Philatelic Association, was present at the creation of the Circle and urged the ariguanabenses to participate in the International Philatelic Cup to be held on June at Comodoro Hotel in the capital.
Education, Culture, Posts and Telegraphs, along with the rest of the main leaders of the territory support the Philatelic Circle through the creation of Circle of Interest for children, adolescents and young people, and activities in the field of culture and the issue of an allegorical postmarked to San Antonio de los Baños in the forthcoming International Graphic Humor Biennial.
